This books could've been titled "Home Buying for Dummies." It's that straightforward and simple, and filled with information unavailable to someone who may have yet the opportunity of going through a home buying process.If you never purchased a home, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you read this book. Even if you already purchased a property, this book would surely be a good measuring stick as to what you may or may not have missed (for the next transaction).The expectations of the lenders about how they measure an individual's personal debt to earnings leverage can't be missed if you're serious about a mortgage. And kudos to Anthony for illustrating it with such clarity and specifics that literally anyone can pre-qualify him/her self.Boy am I glad I don't live in NYC! I thought LA was expensive!!
